The site is approximately 5 miles east of Shrewsbury. The instructions and map below show the recommended route to the site (using the postcode SY4 4PT in a SAT NAV may send you down less suitable lanes).  

 

From Shrewsbury and the west: 
From the A5 head south east on the B4380 towards Attingham Park National Trust at Atcham and after the bridge over the river Severn turn left sign posted Uffington and Haughmond Abbey.  After 1 mile turn right towards Upton Magna.  Continue through the village of Upton Magna towards Withington.  The site is on the left just prior to the village.
 

From the east:

Leave the M54 at Jct 7, turn right at the end of the slip road and after approx 100 yards turn left onto the B5061, which becomes the B4380, to Atcham, turn right at Attingham Park.  After 1 mile fork right towards Upton Magna, continue through village of Upton Magna to Withington.  The site is on the left just prior to the village.
